Anything to do that can make a cold go away quicker?

I have a really stuffy nose, a sore throat, clearing my throat so much, and lost my voice. lol I’m going to the store today so I wanted to make sure.

vitamin C is supposed to be good. that would be included in the classic honey & lemon cure.
