I Am Feeling So Sick

I really hope I don't have a seizure tonight. I've felt like I'm going to have one for a few days now and I'm being really careful to keep myself grounded, but the feeling keeps getting stronger the more I try to stop it.😰😰🤒🤒

do you have meds? i take tegratal ,it works for me .the constant worrying usually cause me to have one ,i feel for you it's a very scary thing,feeling like it's comming

Yeah, I'm freaking out about so many things, and I had one a couple of weeks ago and it normally takes 1-4 months for the next one to happen, but they've been getting more frequent and it's making me worry more. And my nightmares aren't helping.

do you know what causes them ? at one point i was having 2 or three gran mals a week . mine is from head injury .are you seeing a doctor ? i know how scary this is ,hope you can get better
