Anyone diabetic try Acetyl L Carnitine?

Did it lower your blood sugar? My sister wants to try this to help her neuropathy, but she's afraid it will lower sugars too much..

@Iwillwait Do you have neuropathy? Her doctor recommended it to help slow it's progressing, but she's worried it will lower her sugars. Her sugars fluctuate so much, dangerously. Did it lower yours?

@Baybreeze I have the symptoms due to arthritis in cervical neck issues. I for Blood sugar use Berberine Cylon Cinnamon, which I can tell by the blood sugar monitor drops my count way below 100, from Piping Rock (brand)
