That's okay. I didn't need a Freestyle Libre 3 sensor, anyway.

Finally got the fuсking things approved by CareOregon (formerly Oregon Health Plan). I was only trying for like a year. Then suddenly, their policy changed and they just rubber stamped it. Thought things were going great.

NOPE! 😆

Not for ol' Shadowfire!

Damn thing died in the middle of the night. So now I have to replace it with another one, and because they're supposed to last me 14 days, that means I'll be two weeks without one.

Or maybe I just shouldn't bother.

Bummer. Do you still have a regular blood meter in the meantime to check your glucose levels?

@OverTheHill I do. I'm just super frustrated with Abbott right now. This isn't the first time.

@LordShadowfire Hope your next one will last longer for you.

@OverTheHill That's been the pattern so far. First one in the batch is a dud. Second one works. But then I can't get the dud replaced.

@LordShadowfire I use a Livongo glucose meter. It has worked great since I got it a couple years back.

@OverTheHill I'm considering alternatives to the Freestyle Libre 3. Abbott does not make a good product.

@LordShadowfire Better luck to you
