Emphysema, type 2 diabetes and fatty liver

I believe I’m doomed. Already had to give up smoking and alcohol. I’m told if I work my ass off with diet and exercise I may last up to 5 years. I just gotta work my ass of at the job so when I pass I’m working so spouse can have the insurance!

If you can follow a good diet and seek alternative treatments , you will be fine.

It is discipline , exercise and diet.
