Ask if you can get Paxlovid prescription. I just had Covid for first time as well last month, and if taken within first five days, it lessens symptoms👍🏼. Lots of liquids and rest!

@Coralmist hmm I try I’ve been getting liquids and soup in but regular foods too I ain’t trying starve 😂 slightly little better thanks man, Glad you ok too
