You know Covid caused mental trauma to healthcare workers when your co-workers are afraid of Covid getting worse again

I doubt Covid will get back to how it was in 2020 but listening to their stories of wearing N95 masks for 12 hours and dealing with dying patients daily is something.

Those stories are sad. Especially when they were undersupplied and the authorities were telling them it wasn't as bad as it was and forced them to work overtime.
