What do you think of covid 19 now that it is over?

Elessar · 26-30, M
Technically it isn't over, only the emergency phase with healthcare resources saturation has.

It can technically still f*ck you up pretty bad if you're unlucky, and possibly also long term if not permanently with PASC. It's here to stay, because collectively we've decided to prioritize short term "convenience" at the time, rather than following the example of countries that had initially successfully eliminated it.

That it was really bad at the beginning and I feel sorry for those who were exposed to the first strain but as it mutated it became rather insignificant.

I think our respective governments were prepared to sacrifice your health and mine if it meant it bought Dollar one into the country no matter WHO was carrying it.
Nor how many it killed in the process.
Political turmoil aside it'll be interesting to see how many countries have some sort of inquiry into the number of deaths and whether political policy was responsible for any of them.
Lot of grieving families out there and they'll be demanding justice for those they lost through no fault of their own

It's not over and will be around like the flu. 80 ppl on average are still dying per day from it or complications from it.

Personally, I had all the vaccinations without side effects and didn't get infected with covid.

While the pandemic is over Covid 19 will forever remain with us.

One of my friends just got over it. He said he had never felt so sick.

I had no vaccinations and didn't get infected with covid 19. I did get the flu, at least I think it was the flu, I didn't get tested. It lasted about a week, I was 68 years old and didn't die. I think it was a big con by The Powers That Be.
