Is it safe to go into store after five days of isolation? If not can I order food?

I’m feeling better, a lot better than the last couple of days. I got tested positive for covid 19 last Saturday night and I felt so crappy. It’s been five days since I’ve been in isolation. I do feel a little better. I don’t have a fever anymore and most of my symptoms are almost gone.
If it still isn’t safe for me to go in the store, is it safe for me to order food?

have you retested as negative? if so, should be okay, if not, and 5 days after symptoms, the dogma is that you can go, but wear a good quality mask/
