Tested positive for COVID

I had it twice, once was the "long" covid. I have only two suggestions that may help you recover more quickly than I did. One is never lay perfectly flat. Keep your head elevated to help keep your lungs open. Number two is stay active. Not active to the point of exhaustion but keep up and around as much as possible.

Before anyone jumps on me let me say, Yes I had all the damn shots, boosters, and wore the mask.
