@Fairydust I think most of the sane world has given up on this whole pandemic circus. Yeah it has been BS from the onset.
Some brand new virus appears out of nowhere and they use it as an excuse to screw up everything. It just got to be too much. The strangest part was how all the small businesses had to lock up shop yet the big companies got to stay open. Of course that meant more traffic in the big stores so it kind of defeats social distancing.
It's like, assuming covid is real, what are we suppose to do? Stay locked up on our houses? Not live life?
About every four to eight years they come up with some kind of catastrophe that we are all gonna die from. You remember 1984. Then in 92 there was suppose to be the rapture. Yk2 we were all going to be gonners.
@CestManan 馃挴 absolutely!!! My small business was shut down for nearly two years, I鈥檒l have no choice next time either. 20 years of hard work for nothing, no need for lockdowns, makes me angry.
@CestManan I work in the wedding industry and they all or most of them got cancelled or the numbers reduced to 15, then 30. Many were not allowed to have their meals, evening do鈥檚, discos/band. So many rescheduled them. Even though people could go to the pub still. And sit with 30/50 strangers! I鈥檓 still doing weddings from 2020.
@Fairydust funny how alcohol establishments seem exempt from some of the bull going on in the world. This has nothing to do with the pandemic but the state that I live in here in America used to not be able to sell alcohol on Sunday but our present governor made it so they could. It showed him on TV signing this bill and he has this big old grin on his face, it's like good job governor, encourage the drunks even more
@CestManan the rules didn鈥檛 make sense!!! A man could get a facial shave but a woman couldn鈥檛 have a facial. You could have 30 strangers in a pub but not 30 at a wedding!! Clown world we live in. 馃ぁ 馃實
