@redredred Selling a smokers home is harder. Some purchasers are particular especially when the smoke smell is evident. I have also had purchasers that were allergic to cats refuse to even look at houses where cats had lived.

@KiwiBird hell no if you mean me? My home is smoke-free, pet-free (not by choice), jab-free and Alexa/Siri/Cortana/Google/etc smart device-free (I practise good 'digital hygiene'). 8-)

@chrisCA Just normal things on places like gumtree, etc. I've not looked at buying a house for almost 25 yrs (when I last did with my first ex) but didn't think about trying to see a house or car that a 'smoker' has owned. Who the fuck even asks about that during the inquiry process anyway? I guess people do. It's just like vacci-dating in a way.
