So say you. They were providing an accurate accounting of their capabilities, not going for a coverup. Regardless of what the Judge, who was appointed by Trump in 2019, says, the court MUST come up with a way to allow the FDA to get this done.
The FDA is going to appeal, asking specifically for that.
