I don't. Have you not heard that "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely"? Words of reason, true for many, I'm sure.
By the way, the photo is probably irrelevant, serving only the purpose of starting a discussion. Gates could with consummate ease have arranged a photoshoot of his kids getting a saline injection, or using a false syringe. I'm surprised he hasn't done that, in fact.
But one thing is sure: he WON'T have allowed them to have the injections. After all, his mate Zuckerberg did warn Facebook employees to think very carefully before taking a medicine "that interferes with your genes" (or very similar words). Seen that clip?
