Due to the Delta variant

The WHO recommends vaccinated people continue to wear masks indoors.

I thought one purpose of getting vaccinated was so that we can stop wearing masks.

PS. I just read that half of Australia is closing down, again.
PS 2. I heard on the news this evening (one day after I posted the above) that the CDC said a vaccinated person does not need to wear a mask, indoors. [California plans to follow the WHO recommendation.]

had we masked better? there would not BE new variants,.
there two shot vaxes, seem effective against the new variant.
so the warning is just to try to keep a lid on all that.
