@Sharon1 Maybe they think it looks cool or something. Way back before anyone had heard of COVID-19, I used to wear a face covering in the winter to keep warm. It wasn't necessary when I got on the bus or went inside a building but I often times kept it on just cos I thought it looked really badass. It was kinda silly cos I'd have a bandana around my mouth and nose, a hat covering my head, and shades or sometimes even snow goggles over my eyes.
