I hate dieting.

I can't beat this at night. Always at night I get hunger cravings and want to eat. During the day I'm fine and eat a decent meal but at night my stomach growls and its past 9 pm. I had fish, rice, broccoli and a salad for dinner. For snack I had an apple.

I don't know if drinking water will help or a cup of milk but this is why I'm just stuck the same weight. I only lost 5 lbs but during covid of course I stopped my exercise.

I guess because I'm not that busy at night and nothing to do but sit and eat?

Same I can't sleep on empty stomach I hate dieting n eating healthy n working out n staying fit

Why was I not born slim 🙁
