@revenant I have always said if they really wanted people to be in complete misery, all they would have to do is require forced marriage. Marriage is basically every kind of suffering that exists all rolled into one.

People worry bout having their money controlled, not being allowed to visit family nor friends, not having freedom, being miserable and depressed, being watched and controlled 24/7...

Well the word for that is marriage.
