I heard that in some states, some people are getfing fined for not wearing tbeir masks when they go places

One of my uncle's told me that the other and I was like, "Wow...for real? That's crazy.😮
Is that happening where y'all are at? Not where I'm at.
I mean yeah we're suppose to be wearing our masks.

Since sooo many people are being SOOOO irresponsible, selfish and immature by deliberately not wearing masks when among other people...I would appreciate it if became mandatory. Like seat belts. Everyone's rights are limited by the rights of others....I have the right to be safe...to not potentially be infected by these "I refuse to make the slightest sacrifice during this pandemic" fools and quite possibly die...I am a prime candidate. They, for now, do NOT have the right to endanger my life...they only have the power
