Do you know there are cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy who still have to work to support their families? All of the kale in the world won't fix their immune system and they don't have the option to stay inside.
There are plenty of productive people out there who are immunocompromised and don't have the option to take disability. It's not that rare.

@Lindaisfun it's this simple. It is unsafe for some people to go inside places where people are gathered without masks.
Not every vulnerable person can just lay low. Many still have to work and provide for their families. Many of those are the essential workers working in places you refuse to cover yourself. You're exposing them just because you don't feel like wearing a mask.
That is incredibly selfish.

@SwampFlower I never said anything against masks. Please don’t spread lies about me to further your agenda. degrading others opinions to further yours is very selfish and narrow minded.

I also believe in keeping a strong immune system. I just had a neighborhood party yesterday. Three of the attendees were Medical Doctors, with their families. None of us wore a mask. We did have sanitary food and drink processes. So many Doctors do not approve of wearing a dirty mask or a clean one, for medical reasons. There is no proof that wearing one will protect. A mask in medical environments are changed constantly, during the day. I go to the stores and see so many, wearing a filthy mask. I can’t breath, in one.

@Lindaisfun I'm not concerned about getting it myself for my own health - but rather spreading it to others who need to go out.
Keep in mind that it is also your responsibility not to spread the virus if you have it - and you cannot know if you are contagious. That's one of the nasty aspects of this particular virus.
