@dale74 Is it fair enough to say we've gone a long way from there. Advanced treatments, better new vaccines developed as new outbreaks comes to challenge us.
It says year 2009, wondering what I was into during those years and nearly forgot about important history events.

@Ladyryan you must also remember in science there is also a learning curve just as in everyday tasks that we all help us complete. The very first vaccine ever created I'm not sure it may have been the polio vaccine took years years to develop the next vaccine took a little less and so on and so forth I believe the h1 N1 virus they developed a vaccine in less than a year they're expecting the develop this vaccine and have it ready for marketing use in less than 6 months it is amazing how God has given us the gifts through science to solve life crisis that we can look at is not a crisis but a realization that we are all human we must take the time to spend with our families are friends and to understand that life is not infinite but life is like a battery on a clock eventually it will die and the clock will stop with a vaccine we've learned how to change the battery and that clock will last for many many years until it falls apart on its own.

@Harrystyles11 I don't think it will be that long. Many people do recover and the goal now is to halt the spread of the pandemic.
