How are Doctors curing coronavirus patients with no vaccine?

If there is supposedly no cure for coronavirus then what is even the point of going to the Dr?

I thought it was incurable?

There's no cure for the thousands of other things that ail people either, doesn't mean they just avoid treatment and sit around to die... 🤷‍♂️
