How are Doctors curing coronavirus patients with no vaccine?

If there is supposedly no cure for coronavirus then what is even the point of going to the Dr?

I thought it was incurable?

The only reasons are if you're sick enough to require hospitalization (or sometimes medication for other simultaneous illness) or to become part of the record of cases.

It's crazy to go anywhere near a doctor's office or hospital right now if you don't need to.
