See your GP. No-one can diagnose an individual's illnesses on a site like this!
In my case the similar symptoms were of mild "acid reflux" - some of the stomach contents coming part-way back up. It often causes the pain called "heart-burn", though not in me.
I had not previously heard of that so looked it up - on the NHS web-site not the home-hypochrondriacs-help-do[t]-come-again type - to learn certain foods can trigger or encourage it; so cut down on them. Typically, ones I like!
The specialist prescribed a medicine but added you can easily buy over-counter versions too.
