I feel like I just woke up from a five month nightmare sleep.

For now I am cancer free and I feel like my body is pretty much healed. Still have a few weeks before I can get more physical, but it feels good to have some energy and to work on gaining strength back. Also, my body changed. I'm still figuring it out and the good news is a lot of ailments I had before, went away.

I'm aware cancer can come back. I try to be healthy but nobody is immune to it. So in that I've found a balance. Comfort and discomfort. Work and rest. And #1 is to stress less and indulge in life in a variety of ways, because fuck it, we're human, we're alive in a time of donuts and flowers and water parks.

That down time was hard on me a lil bit, but it's interesting to see how we emerge when we go through these tough times. I'm okay with it. I think my perspective changed. Figuring that out too.

Onto the next adventure I say! I'll figure it out as I go!

Did you pray when you had cancer?

@Matt85 I prayed a few times. I am not a Christian, I don't really adhere to any religion, but I believe I am heard.
