I Know Someone With a Brain Tumor
A friend of mine had surgery about three years ago to remove what was classified as a benign tumor in his brain.
Unfortunately, the tumor has recurred and he is having surgery tomorrow. The MRI images are highly suspect for malignancy, but we won't know until tissue samples are pulled.
He lives over 1,000 miles away from me, so I can't be with him, which kills me. I've known this man 30 years and he's one of my dearest friends. My heart just hurts right now.
