My eye test didn't go too great so I have to have further testing with a retina specialist, so

...after looking up every kind of eye disease/condition I could possibly have and worrying myself to death... I'm going to try to go to sleep now#Anxiety 😬

Relax! My optometrist did this to me and when I went to the retina specialist he asked me why I was there! What a waste of time!!

See that retina specialist now! Some retina conditions, such as macular degeneration, need to be treated quickly in order to be controlled. I get eye injections every three months, totally painless, to control my retina condition.

I have to have regular eye exams. I've a variety of conditions that are slowly getting worse.

Have you tried red light therapy? I don't know much about it but i hear good things. Look into it and see if it might help you out..

@Jayciedubb since this is my first visit to a retina special I haven't tried anything but I don't know if my insurance would pay for something like that either

You have what you have and only a medical professional that specializes in eyes will be able to diagnose it.
