Update on Ebola

The US CDC is now more involved at least on paper. I hope we can trust the information they are now posting on their website.

CDC is responding to an outbreak of Ebola disease in remote areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Uganda.
To date, no cases of Ebola disease have been confirmed in the United States because of this outbreak.
The overall risk to the American public and travelers remains low.

Thank you for posting the update.

Unfortunately, as you know, this misadministration has shot the WHO in the foot by cutting off our funding contribution.

WHO is doing a great job as are our colleagues in Germany and the Czech Republic.

Public Health administration in the United States is now a poor shadow of what it was during the Biden & Obama administrations.
