Have you or anyone you know, had these symptoms?

Excessive, horrible leg pain....deep in the muscles, daily. Aching and searing and as if you ran a 1,000 mile marathon without stopping. :( Plus, constant, daily twitching in both legs too. No test shows anything..MRI, Cat scan, even extensive blood work.
My sister is a diabetic, experiencing these , and most of the doctors have said, it's not neuropathy or diabetes related. ONE doctor said, it is neuropathy. So now we are stuck yet again. She's hopeless, with no doctor knowing what is wrong. They say join a study, but don't help her to find any. It's an awful cycle, gone on for 8 years. She wants to die most nights, b/c it is so unbearable. Anyone ever have these symptoms ?

I have nerve pain in my leg from a compress spinal cord injury I got on March 16 2016. I just recently started walking again

But I know my reason
That sounds a lot like nerve related or muscle disorder symptoms, even if tests are coming back normal. Sometimes things like small fiber neuropathy, Restless Legs Syndrome, or even chronic pain conditions don’t show up on standard scans. It might be worth asking about more specialized testing or a neurologist who focuses on complex cases.

I saw a you tube video that says clogged lymph nodes can do that.
I assume kidney and liver are normal.
Baybreeze · 41-45, F
@Confined Actually her kidney is declining, she is in stage 3 kidney disease due to unstable diabetes. I will look into the lymph node symptom, thank you.

@Baybreeze i was told when kidneys are not working you will have horrible body pains. I started crestor and was warned that if i feel sharp body aches it could be a sign of kidney damage. (Failure)
sure sounds aot like neuropathy, but, then Im definitely not a doctor.

@MayorOfCrushtown Two doctors told her neuropathy always starts with burning in feet, not typically in legs first, and not with twitching. But one doc. said twitching Can be a symptom of neuropathy. :( I do think it COULD be, possibly neuropathy, but my sister is dead set against that it isnt.

I have had chronic leg pain since my first accident. I was given a stupid amount of reasons. I went from no pain to nonstop pain. Recently one Dr tried to tell me it sounds like diabetic nerve pain. I’m NOT diabetic 🙄
Maybe sciatica?
