Not covid, not the flu, just serious sinitus infection

I haven't been sick in 4 yrs
Coughing my head off, nasal left nostril bleeding and im dizzy .
What gives with all this sicknesses?
Im not a conspiracies theory buff, but i think big brother dropped some more woo han soup and is poisoning everywhere..just saying

4 years, either there is some kind of chronic condition causing that or it is some kind of environmental allergy. Do you travel and if so does it get better if you are in a new location for a while?
