I am sure most don't care

But if you do...

I was rushed to the hospital last week. Turns out I had a massive life threatening infection called ESBL.

I had been severely dehydrated, lethargic, and suddenly no strength to hold myself up.

72 hours of broad spectrum antibiotics brought me back.

Not to call for attention, just reminding everyone that this can happen to anyone and if untreated, bad things can happen.

Good day.

I know the feeling, I was rushed to the er last late may for a heavy intestinal bleed, my anticoagulant was eight times higher than normal, my blood was thinner than water, when they say black tarry stools they are NOT fucking kidding, think actual tar, my hemoglobin count was also 6.6, I only had half blood volume and had to have three units of whole blood. To make matters worse I had to have emergency colorectal cancer surgery, they removed a mass the size of a grapefruit.
