has anyone ever have cysts on your legs and how do you get rid of them?

I thought at first it was the blood clots I have but I heard they don't cause that, one doctor saw my first one, they grow on my legs and then bust and then I have cuts from it and it seems to take wks and I still have a cut from my first one, not sure why it didn't grow any skin around it. I do keep bandaids over it and I've been taking garlic pills which I heard that's like taking an antibiotic, maybe that's why they're not getting infected. wondered if cancer causes cysts too. I heard most are benign. so how can I get rid of them, I have cuts on my legs thanks to the cysts and that can be painful especially when they're not growing skin around it, wondered why, had one for a month that still looks reddish, anyone ever have them and how do I get rid of them? I'm on blood thinners and wondered if that could cause that.
