Has anyone here ever had to see a family suffer a terminal illness?

What does it feel like to be told you have a terminal illness?

How does that person cope?

Have you ever seen someone deteriorate away from a terminal illness?

@GhostNuclear I believe in medical assisted suicide.

The thing about death is that all deaths are not equal. For instance, if you have a large family you may not even shed a tear when a brother, sister, father, or mother dies. But the loss of a child or a spouse may cause you loads of grief.
