There's something on my mind that I don't want to admit to myself

I think I might be autistic. It's probably blindingly obvious to everyone else, but I really don't think I could handle knowing I'm as different and 'abnormal' as I feel sometimes. I barely cope with feeling that way as it is.

I told this to a friend, and he said it's almost trendy to be seen as autistic, but I remember how people on the outer were treated before and I'm barely hanging on as it is.

Come on fellow neurodivergent, stop trying to be like the neurotypicals. Baby we were born this way.

My friends autistic and ADHD and she’s always seen it as a negative, she felt angry she wasn’t diagnosed earlier.

I remind her it’s a gift not a curse, she’s special just as she is, embrace it because it’s her superpower 🦸‍♀
It's extraordinary and amazing (and yes, it can be, for me, challenging) to be 'different'.

I hope we can embrace it and own it, as we grow into our skins :)))
