I have a doctor's appointment in about a week.... But I'm wondering if I should go to a walk-in appointment tomorrow?

It's hard to say,
I've had some family problems happen the day after I upped my vyvanse dose from 30mg to 40mg, so I'm not sure if it's from stress or vyvanse?
But my Fitbit has been going bonkers since.

I've been taking vyvanse at about 6am every morning and going back to bed, and by 8am when the meds kick in, I usually ready to take on anything and be productive etc etc,

But lately my Fitbit had been telling me I've been over training and I need to take it easy...
And I haven't been doing much at all.

I did an experiment this morning where I took my meds at the regular time but stayed in bed well past lunch time and just watched movies.
Maybe dosed off a couple of times,

And my heart rate was about 90 on average, (before the meds its usually 75)
But the second I stretched or turned over it went from 90 to 120-130, but then quickly went back down again.

But when I did get out of bed, and just did the regular stuff, use bathroom, make a hot drink etc,

It went up to like 145 bpm, and my Fitbit active minutes went from 0 to 9 as if I was doing exercise for 9 minutes straight.

The weird thing is, late this afternoon, I went grocery shopping, did a lot of walking, nothing too hardcore, but still a lot more than the little I did this morning, and my active minutes were like 2...

And that was over the period of a few hours.

Maybe my meds were just wearing off by then?
I dunno,

And another weird thing is that when I stretch or turn over in bed, the spikes in heartrate don't log...
They don't last long enough for the Fitbit app the take notice, but I noticed them because out of curiosity I look at my wristband

If you're British, I'd suggest that you call 111 for their advice.

They might want you to go back down to 30mg of what you are taking until you see a doctor.
@HootyTheNightOwl I've had a quick read of what you are taking and it sounds like you are having overdose symptoms - so maybe this dose is higher than your body will tolerate.

Official advice is to seek help immediately, so make sure that whoever you booked your appointment with knows that the reason is increased heart rate/bp.

Also check the leaflet that came with your pills and note down any other symptoms that you might have, particularly in terms of the "Misuse" section. If you still can't see anyone sooner than 1 week at least you'll have a good symptom diary for them to read through.
