What Are Your Favorite Cold Remedies?

I drank a Chai tea with honey, now drinking a couple cups of Thyme tea. Had 3 tiny Mandarin oranges. Took some Quercetin and Zinc and will take some Vitamin C. My sinuses are running like a faucet. I have some eucalyptus-mint shower soothers and will take a long hot shower with a couple of them on the floor of the shower.

@therighttothink50 I have to be really careful with garlic now after having about half of my colon removed…I bloat up too easily. I put some in the stew tonight but will have to be really careful with the ostomy.

@cherokeepatti yeah everyone should check with doctor before using anything as everyone is different. The stuff above works for me, it might not be effective with others. People need to do their own research.

@therighttothink50 I didn’t know about the Betadine sore throat spray or the Nasal sanitizer. Need to try some new things I guess. I have quercetin with Bromelain and zinc I can take, also some vitamin C.

@cherokeepatti a simple saline nasal spray is cheap and works for me, a few squirts a day. Especially when retuning from a germ filled area.
