before all my meds, I’m sitting right between hypoxia 3 and 2, and with my breathing treatments and rescue inhaler I’m still sitting at 92. The highest I can get it is still in a dangerous area. Now if I knew it wasn’t going to drop any lower than the 90s, I wouldn’t personally be super scared because I’ve been through this on and off throughout my life. But the scariest part of low oxygen is how bad it gets while you sleep. I’ve been vomiting every morning because I can’t breathe. It’s taking like 45 minutes before I stop gasping and gagging. And if 92 is the best I can get it, I’m worried what 8 hours without meds will do. Even if I wake up to use my rescue inhaler, if my airways are closed, there’s no way to get the medicine into my airways myself. So it can damage organs or just kill you. My cousin Richie died from an asthma attack as a kid
@itsok this recently been have been happening to me. I think its sleep apnea. I wake up like im being strangled and i cant breathe. It just started happening this recent month. Scariest thing ive ever experienced.
@ScarletWitch I’ve been having a lot of problems with it. were you ever recommended the Keen2 bracelets? My therapist told me to get them and I haven’t heard of anyone else that has used them
@itsok it might work. But for me it was so severe i had to take steps. No mirrors. No touching. Any wound or sore had to be patched up with a star patch or a bigger one. Inwas clean fornanyear and 7 months. I did shave my eyebrows off. So my face is kinda naked.
