How can I increase my creatinine?

I love it when it was high:) pls help
RSquared · 61-69, M
You don’t want it high. High creatinine is an indicator of kidney problems.

@RSquared Creatine probably won't hurt her kidneys unless they were already bad to begin with.

Although an older case study suggested that creatine might worsen kidney dysfunction in people with kidney disorders, creatine doesn't appear to affect kidney function in healthy people.

Kidney problems can cause elevated creatine levels, but that doesn't mean consuming creatine gives you kidney problems. Rich people eat caviar, but eating caviar won't make you rich.

@BlueVeins I didn’t mention creatine at all. I reference the creatinine levels in your blood which indicate there is kidney damage. I made no reference to anything in particular that causes that damage.

Creatinine is a chemical compound left over from energy-producing processes in your muscles. Healthy kidneys filter creatinine out of the blood. Creatinine exits your body as a waste product in urine.

A measurement of creatinine in your blood or urine provides clues to help your doctor determine how well the kidneys are working.

@RSquared Oh, I misread. Sorry.

When you say "high", I'll assume you mean high-normal.

Eat a lot of meat, do high-intensity workouts, take creatine

@SeaGlass The first and only normal answer I got was without judgment, thanks so much
