My daughter spent a week in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. Her stepdaughter got sick there. A friend who met them there took sick after arriving home day before yesterday. Now my daughter is ill too. They think it’s dengue, “but no fever.” Her stepdaughter was sick for three days and it appears her friend is on about the same schedule.

You know anything about Dengue?

@Poppies Thank you for thinking of us. The visiting friend with kids are all fine. My daughter is slightly better but still miserable. Her husband has thus far dodged the bullet, but his daughter was in Seattle with her grandparents when she tested positive and now her dad has set out from New Mexico to the Pacific northwest to fetch her. (24 hours roundtrip plus nap time).

Two of their other friends have tested positive.

BUT, they tested neg for dengue.

I think that covers it.
