If I go to an Urgent Care clinic do you think they would give me a note for work

To excuse absences??

I don't want to go to work like this, I feel like shit. 😫 But if I miss any more days without a doctor's note, I could get in trouble at my job. Idk if UC clinics do notes or not, I'm not used to going to doctors.

Yes they will but no matter where you go you may be charged for it. I would ask for a quick note. It’s a non threatening way of asking for your note so the doctor may just quickly write one out instead of charging you money.
