My Singing Heart

My cardiologist told me my heart is singing ...huh... I asked...is it a sad song?
It took forever to get my heart monitor results back, my echocardiogram is next month to see the whole picture of what is wrong with my heart.

I have ignored my symptoms for quite awhile now. Been in denial. I'm busted!

My heart goes into episodes of getting out of beat. There are pauses and double beats. My blood pressure drops so quickly..I have to sit down and I begin my deep breathing exercises..which helps a lot.

So I am on a medication that is suppose to control and regulate my heart.

Life is fragile. Live every day like it is your last day. So when my heart starts singing to me..... I sing back..loudly....and trying to grow old gracefully ❤✌

What is your cardiac defect?
ShadowWorker · 61-69, F
@samueltyler2 good morning. Months later... after some tests, I have almost daily palpitations...mostly after I eat, and a leaking valve in my heart that we will keep an eye on. Thanks

@ShadowWorker is it the kind that can be fixed without cracking your chest open?
ShadowWorker · 61-69, F
@samueltyler2 I was just told it can be fixed. Never inquired how. Told it's not life threatening for now. Psssttt...I live like no tomorrow and give thanks for every day. The pictures I have recently shared is how awesome of a life I have.
