I did that one time.
I ran out of the ammonia stuff before the toilet was clean so I flushed it a few times and then put the bleach in.
Apparently I didn't flush enough because it smoked a little and took my breath away immediately.
Good thing it was a small bathroom and I could take two steps and be out of it.
