馃槥 He is scary and can be quite dangerous. But it's nonetheless sad, and he can't be anywhere because he's aggressive, has the mentally of a 5-6 year old, but is over 7ft tall and strong
@caccoon Right, and clearly he's also just terrifying as well so there's a public safety or even sense of safety. Literally nobody benefits by him staying homeless.
