Hello! Does anyone know what could cause loss of smell in one nostril and less hearing on one side of the face?

Since March of last year I got sick ( not covid) and since then shortly after, I couldn't smell from my right nostril.The 2 monthsago, I noticed I could not hear well from my right ear. Does anyone what could be causing this? I will be seeing a doctor next week but any experiences??
