"please get the vaccine, oh please oh Please. Save the 🌍." How did homo sapiens survive "200,000 years" w/o the vaccine?

@curiosi vaccines given to isolated peoples who were never exposed to the diseases could wipe them out. They love to test vaccines on people in remote areas of the world, South American rainforest tribes or those on small islands near Alaska for example. One tribe in South America was nearly wiped out due to a vaccine test.

@curiosi have you ever seen a child die from measles, meningitis, whooping cough, tetanus, or any of the infectious diseases we have essentially eliminated by the use of immunizations? I lived through all of those. While at it, have you heard of congenital rubella? What stopped that?
