I blame my nana for my weight gain🙄

Because my dad is in the military, they traveled a lot so my parents left me and my brothers and sisters with my nana. Her love language is food. She loved making sure we had something to eat like chips, cookies, candy, hot dogs, lunchables, and so much more. She made sure we stayed fed and because she always fed us, we started wanting more and more. I’ve been living with my parents since I was 6. My parents are overweight too and so are my siblings. My oldest brother and my dad are the most in shape because they’re both in the military. I’m 4’10 and almost 200 pounds. I told someone I was 186 but I just saw I am now 199
