i put on weight, how to not lose heart

[c=003BB2][i]years ago i set my mind to losing weight and did it, with a will of iron, i lost 3 stone...i needed to because i acquired diabetes type 2...i did it by attending the gym and watching my diet.....but now, once again the weight has crept back on, around my waist and stomach....how can i not lose heart and what can i do?[/i][/c]

Eat less and healthier meals like lots of veggies and some fruit if you want to lose weight. Excesise should help.

Cut out sweets and carbs mostly. Make sure you're getting neccesary nutrients though.
