Omg I know why my weight has skyrocketed. It's all the pop I've been drinking lately

I gained 3.5 lbs from last week and i know why. It's all the dr.pepper ive been drinking. I'll have like 2 or 3 cans a day and that's like an extra 400 to 600 calories give or take. I now know why im 130 lbs now.

You don’t chew on it like food so you don’t realize how many calories you are consuming….plus sugar causes swelling of your body in addition to creating more fat. Get off the sugar and you’ll drop some of that water weight. An extra 400 calories a day every day = about 40 pounds of weight gain in a year if you don’t increase physical activity to burn it. Also high-fructose corn syrup is terrible for your liver, even worse than sugar is for causing fatty liver, and there is mercury in it too.

@cherokeepatti Yeah i havent been going to the gym either because ive been sick. No wonder why im getting chubby.

@FutureIdol Cutting out the soft drinks is the easiest thing you can do to start losing weight. Maybe learn to like green tea (it can be flavored so many ways to suit your taste) because it helps to clean the liver and is good for weight loss too. Also herbal teas. Zevia is a pretty good soft drink after you’ve gotten off of sugar, sweetened with Stevia but some don’t like the flavor because they are used to sugar or sweeteners like Splenda in the Ice drinks, Splenda is not healthy because it’s thought to crystallize in the lymph drainage system.

Yeah.. I've heard of people losing weight just by not drinking soda
