I Want to Gain Weight

My goal right now is to get up to at least the 215-220 range. I don't know how I'll do it (no eating more doesn't do anything) I have to start working out I guess. Then I'll finally look the way I want to. Hopefully it won't take too long.

Eating more wont help because your body is burning up that fuel.

My cousin did it by modifying her diet for muscle bulking I know she added a ton of proteins. She too could never gain weight the only way she did it was by building muscle

I've been working out to gain weight and my results are very slow. I've gained maybe 15 pounds in half a year. It's all raw muscle, and I certianly look better, but for my genetics, it's going to be awhile.
