is there such a thing as low carb pasta

i have to have low carb foods because i manage diabetes type 2...i used to love eating pasta, especially with tuna and mayonaise and pepper sprinkled over, i miss that....does low carb pasta exist?

I think waitrose do one that is low carb and high protein. Failing that, try Holland and Barrett.
